The Pics for Points application (the “App”), provided by The Nielsen Company (US), LLC (“Nielsen,” “we,” or “us”), is intended for use by panelists in the National Consumer Panel (“NCP”) and is designed to enable panelists to scan barcodes of products that they purchase and capture images of those products from anywhere and at anytime.
